Construction (Design and Management) Safety Adviser
The construction (design and Management) regulations 2015 apply to all construction related projects and where required we can assist the principal designer, principal contractor, contractors and the client in complying with their legal obligations under these regulations.
We can advise on the health and safety aspects of the design process giving thought to how the building is to be constructed, cleaned, serviced and maintained.
We can assist the principal contractor with creation of their construction phase plans, site inspections and training including induction training and task specific training.
Should the client require it we can undertake independent safety audits of the sites under their control as well as providing contractor reports as to their legal compliance regarding health and safety including assessments of the risk assessments, Method statements and standard operating procedures.
