Accident Investigation

The need for this service does not occur on a regular basis fact for which we are very grateful.

However, should unfortunately an accident or under certain circumstances a serious miss occur within your organisation then we can carry out a detailed investigation and act with your own appointed solicitors or those who we have worked with previously.

Should an accident occur we would attend site and meet with members of the enforcement authority such as the Health and Safety Executive, Fire Authority or Local Authority to provide advice and assistance from the start of the matter all the way through to a successful conclusion.
